The flagship title of the Desmond press gives every indication of, once more, getting others to do the investigation for it, the latest example being a story on snowstorms across the USA.
At first, the headline in this Express piece – dated January 13 – looks both interesting and original: 49 out of 50 states in the USA hit by snow. But original it is not.
Because the same headline can be found in a story published on January 11 by the Huffington Post – more than a day earlier, even allowing for the time difference between the US and UK.
The HuffPo, of course, is a free to view resource, but no doubt this timeline, together with the similar headline, is mere coincidence.
