After a year of almost non stop bloggery, it is time for Zelo Street to have a break. After today, I’ve decided that there will be a three day period of stepping away from the keyboard and remaining there. Next week, all things being equal, will come a similar set of observations on the year past, and predictions of that to come, to that from last New Year. But the time approaches for a little rest.
Traffic on this blog has increased massively over the last 12 months, and to levels I could not have imagined when it was started in March 2009. Hopefully those looking in find the product useful and thought provoking. I’ve certainly enjoyed writing it. And to those who aren’t so happy to look in – your comments are valued as well, even if there is disagreement, which hopefully can remain peaceable.
So it remains only to wish everyone who looks in on Zelo Street an agreeable, relaxing and productive Christmas and New Year. Roll on 2012: it looks like it could be worth being around.

Merry Christmas old man.
Your anguish sustains me.
