Er, hang on a minute, there's a problem here ...
“A Celebration of Dissent with TCW Defending Freedom, hosted by Mark Dolan” was promised at the Emmanuel Centre on Marsham Street. Who would be in attendance? “With special guests Right Said Fred, James Delingpole, Sir Christoper Chope, Clare Craig, Calvin Robinson, Bob Moran, Professor Angus Dalgleish and Andrew Bridgen MP, the evening will shine a light on Covid 19 vaccine injuries, the government failings and the organised censorship behind them”. TCW would platform eight men and one woman.
And note the inability of any of those on that platform to interest media outlets that are not on the wacko fringe reinvented as “organised censorship”. But do go on. “It will celebrate the bravery of those dissenting scientists, doctors, vaccine injured, citizens and celebrities who've put their heads over the parapet, regardless of risk, to keep the public informed”. Yeah, right.
So it was a celebration of Anti-Vax wibblers and Covid denialists, which figures: Ms Perrins went full hatstand as the prospect of lockdown loomed large in March 2020. “Join these heroes and meet fellow dissenters, brought together by TCW for this morale-building evening of resistance. Doors open from 5 pm. There will be a cash bar open from 5 pm”. So was it popular?
“This is now a sold out event and we will be at theatre capacity. Please do not arrive without a ticket hoping to be allowed in”. Sounds impressive: the main auditorium at the Emmanuel Centre can seat “up to 1,000”. But when the photos came out, there was a problem. A woman problem.
... a no women problem, that is
No Clare Craig, no comment. But we were treated to fringe padre Robinson telling anyone who would listen “The Conservative Woman event last night was full of hope … Turning the suffering that came out of Covid - vaccine injuries, lockdowns etc. - into joy … It was a full house, so many wonderful people telling their stories”. So many wackos trying to redefine reality.
Byline Times political editor Adam Bienkov tried to break it to the blokes gently. “Feels like there might be something missing from this ‘Conservative Woman’ event”. To which “Father” Calvin Robinson shot back “Not you making assumptions so you can virtue signal”. Robinson, an immodest being with much to be modest about, was, by doing that, virtue signalling.
He was telling the world that some women had been present, only not in the group photo he chose to lead with, and not, it seems, when he was on the platform. But, as Russell England noted, there was “Christopher Chope who blocked a bill to outlaw upskirting and blocked the use of parliament to celebrate the centenary of women's suffrage”. Very woman friendly. Or not.
The libertarian right all at sea once again. I’ll just leave that one there.

The clue is in the word "Conservative", aka tory.
Which means, man or woman, they're all lying, thieving sociopaths who'd sell their mother's corpse for a profit.
Even the one who usually wears a dress to tell fairy stories to the impressionable appears to be wearing trousers.
Most stellar line-up since Woodstock!
But is Mark Dolan a T Rex tribute band?
Hilariously, Delingpole has a post on TCW (put up a day or two ago) which peddles a conspiracy theory that the Turkish earthquake was man-made. I guess he finally found a form of climate change he could believe in.
Either he's a remarkable cynic, peddling this crap because he has bills to pay, or some kind of urgent treatment is warranted. As he's fond of advertising the fact that he went to Oxford (collecting a lower second in English, but still), the University may wish to consider revoking his degree if it wishes to avoid reputational harm.
