So what’s hot, and what’s not, in the past week’s blogging?
Here are the six most popular posts on Zelo Street for the past seven days,
counting down in reverse order, because, well, it’s written, that’s why. So there.

Delingpole Spells It Out Once again, James “saviour of Western
civilisation” Delingpole was caught not bothering to read climate change
literature before deciding whether or not it was worth supporting.
5
Driverless Trains Hope In Vain The BBC’s Tom Edwards visited Paris to
see a totally automated Metro line at work. His article showed partly why they
won’t be coming to London any time soon.
4
Guido Fawked – Kangaroo Not Tied Down The perpetually thirsty Paul
Staines and his rabble at the Guido Fawkes blog told their readers that veteran
entertainer Rolf Harris had been interviewed by Police investigating the Jimmy
Savile business – but then, this was already well known. Then Staines asserted
that the story would soon “go mainstream”.
It didn’t. Another fine mess.

Andrew Marr Foot In Mouth This post from last September suddenly took
off, probably because of media attention following Marr’s hospitalisation
following a stroke. While that’s all good for the stats, this blog wishes the
regular host of The Andy Marr Show
(tm) a swift and full recovery.
2
Mail Stirs Up Hate Mob A young woman called Jen Lant, who suffers from
agoraphobia, spoke to her local paper in Colchester about her experiences. Four
hours after this was trailed on the paper’s website, the Mail had lifted the story, slanted it as only the Mail knows how, and precipitated a flood
of abusive comments.

Flannelled Fool Creepiness Fail The odious Henry Cole, tame gofer to
the perpetually thirsty Paul Staines at the Guido Fawkes blog, creepily and
obsessively hung around this blog’s Twitter feed (despite having blocked it),
and when he found a discussion on the Stafford Hospital affair, jumped in with
both feet. This prime example of malice, dishonesty and sheer nastiness sums up
Cole superbly, as does his calling of “stalker”
at those he, er, stalks.
And that’s the end of
another blogtastic week, blog pickers. Not
‘arf!
