Harry Hoax - Who Paid For It?

Who would have thought that the Duke of Sussex was taking legal action against the Sun newspaper? Well, by complete coincidence you understand, Rupe’s downmarket troops at the Baby Shard bunker have splashed on a claimed “exclusivewith the headlinePrince Harry pranked by phone call hoaxers posing as Greta Thunberg into revealing his agony over Megxit”. Actually, they claimed to be Ms Thunberg and her Dad.
But do go on. “Two notorious Russian jokers fooled him into believing he was talking to 17-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg and her dad. Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov - AKA Vovan and Lexus - twice spoke to Harry, 35, on the landline at his luxury bolthole on Vancouver Island, Canada … The conversations were on New Year’s Eve and January 22 … One of the calls was recorded and published on YouTube and Facebook on Monday night by the hoaxers with an animated cartoon of Harry and Greta”.

But only one of them. And, although Harry was “Asked by the fake ‘Greta’ about the pressure of dealing with the media”, The Murdoch goons are such sensitive souls, they censored part of his reply. The part where the Duke tears the tabloid press a new one.

We know this as Caroline Davies at the Guardian has hinted at some of the missing parts: “He also spoke of his battle with a ‘bullying’ tabloid media, who he was said to believe are trying to ‘sink’ him and his wife, Meghan”. Harry asserted “For most, all of my life, I’ve always been part of a family and part of a country that is scared of the tabloid media because they have so much power and influence and no morals”. No morals.

And what Ms Davies’ report also reveals is “In an email exchange with the Guardian, the hoaxers confirmed that the Sun’s report was correct and said audio rights had been ‘transferred’ to British media and they could not comment further”. Ri-i-i-ight. Given the story was splashed by the Sun, it is a fair assumption that they bought the rights.
Which is where the questions begin in earnest. Did the Russian hoaxers go after Harry on impulse, of their own volition, and make the audio available out of the kindness of their own hearts, or, like many of their countrymen nowadays, did they spy the main chance for scoring a little hard currency? And as the Sun appears to have the rights, did the Murdoch mafiosi place the order for their services before they did the deed?

I’ll go further: how does the Sun know that the place the Sussexes are renting on Vancouver Island was in any way “luxury”? Did any money change hands in order for this information to be made available to them? And how did any of those involved get the property’s land line phone number? Again, did any money change hands, and if it did, were the means used to obtain the phone number lawful?

We know that the Sussexes are suing the Murdoch goons over historic instances of phone hacking, among other items. We also know that the inmates of the Baby Shard bunker do not take kindly to being challenged in any way. Harry and Megs can expect a lot more of this kind of harassment between now and the court date, and most likely beyond that.

The Murdoch press clearly has no blackmail leverage over the Sussexes. So all they have left is good old dirty tricks in order to smear their targets. I’ll just leave that one there.

  1. Has it been confirmed that the hoax calls were actually made to Harry? It doesn't strike me as a likely conversation between him and a 17 year old he didn't know.

  2. In other news a new tunnel. Stonehenge or summink.

The media were told to fuck off with regards to Ms Flacks funeral (rightly so).
    Will the press ever learn?
How many more have to die around them?

Still, when Gangland is all informed of what has been going on and what they have been blamed for, the tables might turn and police made to turn a blind eye!

  5. Interestingly, the Sun flipped its own script today and came out with a convoluted story about Harry himself contacting the hoaxers on his mobile after an email from them found its way to him via his new American staff. Suddenly not landline! Cue the likes of Dickie Arbiter, Richard Kay et al now bleating about security breach (anti-Americanism writ large, as usual). The narrative out there is stupid, duped Harry with no mention of Macron, Erdogan, Boris when Foreign Sec, Schiff, etc, as well as celebs. Oh yes, and of course the Queen herself in the 1995 hoaxer fiasco when Arbiter was actually at the Palace. You couldn't make it up. Hope Schillings is onto it.
