Top Six - January 22

So what’s hot, and what’s not, in the past week’s blogging? Here are the six most popular posts on Zelo Street for the past seven days, counting down in reverse order, because, well, I have investigatory stuff to write up later. So there.
6 Helmer Schengen Reverse Ferret FAILS Boneheaded MEP Roger Helmer happily endorsed an Express piece wrongly suggesting Britain was part of Schengen, and Theresa May was going to end it. Then he claimed he hadn’t. Busted, Rog.

5 Simon Danczuk Encounters Reality Spanker Si was discovered consoling himself in a Commons bar after realising that Labour is more than likely going to kick him out.

4 Nigel Farage - Resign As An MEP If Mr Thirsty wants to be a full time media pundit, fine - but he has to stop sponging off the taxpayer.

3 Press Pursues ANOTHER Dead Schoolgirl The killing of teenager Leonne Weeks, and the warning from her local school to parents that hacks were using social media to get information from its pupils about her, shows the press has learned nothing since the Milly Dowler murder.

2 Paul Nuttall - You’re A Liar The new UKIP leader’s embellishment of his CV, his tendency not to be able to speak English coherently, the inquiry into his expense claims, and the increasing litany of untrue statements, show that he is not fit to stand for Parliament.

1 Nigel Farage Is A  Liar - OFFICIAL An FoI request showed that Mr Thirsty lied through his teeth when he claimed to be organising a march on the Supreme Court. He never had any intention of doing so.

And that’s the end of another blogtastic week, blog pickers. Not ‘arf!
