Top Six - March 20

So what’s hot, and what’s not, in the past week’s blogging? Here are the six most popular posts on Zelo Street for the past seven days, counting down in reverse order, because, well, I have a software problem to sort later. So there.
6 Mail Rogue Poll Claim Busted The Daily Mail dedicated a whole article to telling readers that the ICM poll showing Labour now level pegging with the Tories was a rogue, and there was nothing to worry about. Then came a YouGov poll with Labour actually in the lead.

5 Newton Dunn Victim’s Sweet Revenge The Sun’s political editor bullied Clodagh Hartley, and earned himself a final written warning for it. But when it came to getting one of those coveted TV jobs, she got one … and he didn’t.

4 IDS Faux Sincerity Busted Iain Duncan Cough resigned from the Cabinet, having suddenly discovered principles. But he wasn’t fooling anyone.

3 Sun Top Gear Desperation The Murdoch doggies went after the BBC over a stunt that would not have troubled them, had their columnist Jezza still been at the show.

2 Laura Kuenssberg - Not Good Enough Yet another Top Six appearance for this post from January. The timing of a shadow cabinet resignation live on air, which gave a clear advantage to Young Dave at PMQs, prompted questions about the BBC’s impartiality.

1 Tory Bullying - Three Misbehaving MPs Gatherings of young Tory party activists had been used by three of the party’s MPs to score casual sexual encounters. The names of all three are known to Zelo Street.

And that’s the end of another blogtastic week, blog pickers. Not ‘arf!
