After The Wedding Party

The dust has settled following the Royal Wedding – hopefully. So now is the time to return home. Here in Milan it’s a cloudless morning, and a public holiday, as opposed to the UK where we have to have such things on the following Monday. By tomorrow I suspect that many Brits will be suffering bank holiday overload.

Milan is one very big city, but is less chaotic than Rome and Naples, although not afraid to do parties and relaxation. The lakes and mountains almost on the doorstep are a real bonus. And, as for all the talk of certain Eurozone countries being on the verge of some kind of apocalyptic breakdown – forget it.

If you looked in on Zelo Street during my sojourn away from the Royal Wedding hype, I hope you were suitably diverted therefrom. And thanks for doing so. It’s much appreciated.

Tomorrow, as the film ending goes, is another day. Onwards, and, er, onwards!
