Guido Deletes Libel - TOO LATE

The perpetually thirsty Paul Staines and his rabble at the Guido Fawkes blog do seem to have a problem with anti-Semitism. Back in the days before Jeremy Corbyn became Labour leader, they published two viciously anti-Semitic attacks on Ed Miliband, and Staines openly sympathised with Aidan Burley, who had chosen not to stand for re-election as an MP after being caught at that Nazi-themed stag party in Val Thorens.

Christian Calgie. Claims to be a journalist. No, don't laugh

More recently, replacement teaboy Tom Harwood openly sided with actual Nazis in attacking a Jewish Labour MP. Only last September, The Great Guido was caught using the infamous anti-Semitic “Cultural Marxism” trope. And now that they have decided to call out others for anti-Semitism, the Fawkes massive is faring no better.

This calling out reached its nadir yesterday afternoon as apprentice sandwich monitor Christian Calgie posted an item titled “Corbyn Using 9/11 Truther Rapper To Promote Launch Of Peace & Justice Project … Corbyn’s Crank Project Launch Week Falters”. This included a smear of three individuals, which appears actionable.

Now you see it - the original post ...

As part of an attack on rapper Lowkey, readers were told “As expected, Lowkey is not only linked to notorious Labour antisemites - including speaking alongside the likes of Howard Beckett and Andrew Feinstein in November and tweeting that the existence of Israel is a racist endeavour - he is also a 9/11 truther”. There can be only one inference drawn here.

... and now you don't, after the sly deletion

And that is that Calgie is calling both Beckett and Feinstein “notorious Labour anti-Semites”. After Zelo Street alerted Andrew Feinstein to the smear, he concluded “As a lifelong antiracist who served under Mandela & introduced the 1st ever motion on Holocaust Remembrance in the SA Parliament, as some1 who lectured on genocide prevention @ Auschwitz where many of my mom’s family were murdered, it’s time to chat to a lawyer about [Guido Fawkes]”. A screen shot was duly taken.

Alas, Christian Calgie, like his boss, is of less than perfect courage, and he slyly amended his post to remove the potential libel, replacing it with “As expected, Lowkey has not only tweeted that the existence of Israel is a racist endeavour - he is also a 9/11 truther”. But I have bad news for him: not only am I making that screen shot available to Andrew Feinstein and his lawyer, there is a cached version of the original wording online.

As for that third individual smeared by the Fawkes rabble, sadly that has yet to be excised from the offending post, which told “The launch week horror show doesn’t stop there: Corbyn’s head of operations, Chloe Schlosberg, has today been suspended from Twitter after calling Lord Ian Austin a ‘psycho’”. This is also totally untrue.

Ms Schlosberg later observed “I guess it is amusing how quickly grim trumpian trolls can create their own alternative reality ... Contrary to their self congratulatory glee, I was not suspended for my tweet about Ian Austin but because my account was hacked … Once they realised this was a scam my account was restored. If these people really believe the ‘bar’ on free speech is that low perhaps they should be a little more careful themselves”.

She might wish to say that. I couldn’t possibly comment. Another fine mess.

Venomous little shits like Calgie and the others won't be "happy" until we have another war of mass slaughter and destroyed nations. All while they cower in their seedy bunker manufacturing lying propaganda.

There's something seriously wrong with these people. A broken DNA spiral perhaps, the bit containing decent humanity.

That Guido certainly hires a lot of nicely groomed young men.

Calgie, like Harwood, is another of these libertarian student activists who goes direct from graduation to a cushy job in PR, spin or think-tankery.
